its been a while since i was a regular here but ...i'm back! hiya bill_hicks, giginger, Serijc,sepix...me old pals who i never did a goddamn thing for but thought of fondily. How are yez? i was working a games company but my contract ended and for 6 months i was in a "King Arthur" movie so i did the DeNiro method thing and ignored the net for a while, using only pigeons for carrying messages to friends. My only music was my trusty lute which i blew into many's a long night! Now i'm back in the 21st century i've somehow managed to land a massively well paid programming job and can surf again all day and have a laugh with you guys! I also intend getting a credit card again and heading to those not-to-be-missed braindance gigs like what i used to. (fuckall electronica at ATP this year though) now i'm drug free, girl free and rearing to go! whats the news guys? what i miss? |

am touched, you guys. (does it count if its me doing the touching?) anyway...... musically,heres whats being going down. - recently discovered and loving Ae's ep's lp5, ep7, envane, garbage. Fantasimo! - hurting with anticipation of SP's new album. Hope to go to Royal Festival Hall in march to check his bass-slapping bad ass out - found AB1 CD in paris over chrimbo and thought "what a find" only to discover its everywhere over here! - loving Richard devines lipswitch and the new one accd:dcct or whatever gigs recently? i fucking missed soundmurder before chrimbo.... but nothing too major really: The Tycho Brahe is a 3 piece,female vocal, droney guitar, electronica outfit who are well worth checking out http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/experimental/reviews/tycho_thisi s.shtml the promoters wh brought over to Dublin all the Warp/Repjhlex stuff over the years have got Plaid, DMX Krew, Keith Tenniswood, Andrew Weatherall lined up before the summer and i'm sure they'll get some braindance in too CeriJC... i owe ya a few fecking CD's of stuff Giginger .. i see the missus is still in the picture .. and to everyone else..
