are you stressed out? Has something difficult or challenging occured that has changed your outlook on things? Also what is different in your life now as opposed to when you had this problem? |

Neccessity is the key- if you're about to: get evicted, starve or be killed, even the most idle of us will find the energy to do work. If you have a comparatively cushy life and nothing bad will happen regardless of whether you do your work or not, then of course it's very easy to fall into a routine of doing nothing. |
