yeah, some kind of pressure in blood vessels in the eye. it makes me have double vision for a bit as my right eye will point down and left against my will.

i've had about 5 migraines with impaired vision, loss of sensation in extremities. it's the worst thing i've been through. sorry man.
it's always right behind the eyes, makes you want to tear them out

i saw a doctor about it. he said as long as it doesn't get worse or more frequent, i'm probably alright. and that there isn't a lot they can do about it anyway. so i'm going to track how often they happen, starting yesterday.
i've also got better at controlling them the first time it happened, almost 2 years ago, i was at work, at lunch time and it lasted about 25 mintues. now i can kind of meditate them away in usually under 10 mintues.

you might try palming , i'm sure you've heard about it many times... it may help a bit. i practise it every day and it REALLY helps me relax and reduce eye strain.

mine are more like 5-8 hours. the best thing to do for me is go in a dark room and try to sleep.
i often get 'floaters' in my vision, a lot of the time when i haven't eaten enough during the day. not sure what it all means.

i get a lot of migraines from my eyes as well, usually they kinda go out of sync a little bit, like... its not noticible on the outside, but i get an excructiating pain in my head from it... it feels like when you purpously go cross eyed... that feeling of strain, but it cant be stopped.
sucks. i just take a shitload of painkillers for it, and a sleep.

hehe a few years ago, they had me brain scanned and everything, they thought i had a tumor, last place they looked was my eyes...
up until i was about 16 on average i would spend 1 out of every 3 days off school because of a migraine... nowadays im lucky in that i'll only get one bad one every 2 weeks, but still, some glasses and it will all be remedied

are you saying i should get glasses? i wear contact lenses, could that be responsible partially? i notice that my right eye's contact lense is the one that is always popping out and giving me trouble and that's also the eye that tends to go wack. maybe glasses is the answer.
