that's right. This is the long awaited premium vinyl pressing of Aphex twin’s classic album ‘drukqs’ originally released in october ’01. Pressed at the artists request but strictly limited to 1000 copies because to the high costs. 4 * LP on HQ-180 premium vinyl pressing from Record Technology Inc., Los Angeles, one of the best pressing plants in the world. Each of the 1000 copies is individually numbered. Redesigned 12” * 18” packaging and exlusive artwork insert. Sounds great, and it's just in my store. But, the normal Drukqs 4LP release costs only 30 bucks. So i wondered, are those 50 extra bucks worth the extra quality/artwork ? |

I don't know....if i said...i've no record player....but i think the people who use them will tell us if they use or prefer the original version or the high weigth edition.... also there is an exclusive artwork on boeard.... |

the high quality vinyl is sooo choice. but i dont have the reg vinyl to compair it to :/ i got copy 0005 outa 1000 :) |

I bought it because I didn't own drukqs in any other format other than illegal mp3s. So for me, it was about worth it. I got #4hundredsomething |

yes louder with better sound quality and tiny sticker placed on foil(i mean the syntetic stuff that the box pked up) wich i have throwed away:) |
