I downloaded a movie and it was in .rar files, so I compiled it, and it turned it into a .bin file and a much smaller .cue file. How do I play the movie?

What is it recently with .bin files?...
The .cue and .bin files are CD images - use Nero or some other CD burning app that recognizes .cue and .bin files, and that will burn the movie to CD (probably VCD I'm guessing) so you can watch it on your PC or DVD player.
You can also view the .bin files with a viewer called videoLAN, but it's pretty complicated, but with some noodling you can get it to work.
