2003. It was excellent till I went back to university. It's still quite good, but I reckon next year will be better.

for music... i don't know the release/recording dates of the music i'm listening to most of the time and i don't care...
for personal... no year particularly shines, there are better and worse ones but they're all mixed bags anyway...

Nirvana! Eaaarghh! i hate it. I was the only heavy technofan in my school. 1992 was simply a milesstone in the new techno wave.

1983. I was 6 years old. I saw Return of the Jedi at the theatre. I remember songs like "Let's Dance" by David Bowie and "Every Breath You Take" by The Police on the radio.
Anything that happened that year the years following up 'til my teenage years I get very nostalgic about. But it hits hardest with 1983. I consider that the year I was born into awareness.

Like I've said a billion and a half times, 1969 was the best year evah, this has to do with music (music is the weapon). I'm also a big fan of 1993, but not so much for music purposes. Mainly exciting hockey wheelings and dealings.
2001 is my favorite year for electronic music.

this year has been lovely... but i can't really think of a year that wasn't nice for at least the last four or five... i'm looking forward to next year, because it's looking like i'll finally have my shit together enough to start making music seriously, and i feel that that is the only thing wrong with my life right now...
