im not really into "spinning" or looking to get into that scene. i bought one (yes only one) turntable, and a mixer just to play records mostly, and toy with them a bit. w ho knows about hte future, but oh well, for now i just like playing a record and listening. the quality is unbelieable...fuck mp3s. new order came in, and im quite pleased :) autechre - draft 7.30 and confield (oh my nice artwork!!!!) and gantz graf boc - beauitful place out in the cuontry, geogaddi (lovely set ) []pusher - go plastic and do you know []< ? got all 3 astrobotnias vvsnares- chocolate wheelchair and i dunno if i forgot any. als i know is, QUALITY IS INSANE. god I should have started buying records earlier. jeez o petes. oh btw, my confield (all from warp), well the damn edges of the record are sharp as fuck, like they didnt sand it down good or somethhng, and the logo that is usually in the center of the record, is offcentered, i dunno, it's not supposed to be like this right? |

once you've gone vinyl... you never go back... ae vinyl is always fucked up... both me and my friend have fucked up labels on one side of the draft vinyl... and he also has these really odd markings on his, which don't seem to affect the sound at all... |

hmm, well my confield is kinda warped too not really flat, - think i might shoot em an email.....it is more than average "warped" and i can notice it when playing. oh well, ill give em a holler. drukqs premium vinyl is simply asome (copy 0005/1000 :D alls i hvae to say is this. you can slow down any drukqs drill song (slow it way down) and it is still so fucking incredible. slow it WAYYYYYY down and it's like a completely nother song.. cant get enough |
