FUCK turned on a 1.5ghz amd / 1gb ram / 80gb computer i haven't used in forever, well the PSU at least. fucking thing blew a capacitor turned it on to get it ready POP fucking thing SHOT SMOKE OUT AT ME AND LIL SHARPNAL PEICE S im all like WTF?!??!1 so now i either find another pc to make my bitchbox for ftp or make a 2400+ / nforce2 / 512mb computer a DEDICATED FTP SREVER to sit in the fuckign cloest at my friends dorm (cough waste of computer cough) god damnit........ |

Some old shit 350mhz machine with 256mb of ram can be a sufficient dedicated ftp server. I love these old IBM 300PL machines. Cost about $80 and have built in network adapters and a 4-8gb drive and room for one more and three ram slots. I suggest to anyone to pick one up somewhere if they want a basic spare machine. |
