are the data files on the mac stored as .rns the same as
pc?

also if the above is true can the files be used from one to
another (mac to pc)?

I would assume so. As the Reason forums are all .rns and I
doubt that only PC users would upload stuff.

the install disks work on both platforms...there could be
two different sets of files for each platform on the disk
though...

There's different install files but you use the same discs
