I have a few questions on this release:
1) What is the first track played whilst aphex is talking. it sounds pretty cool.
2) What are the processed words saying at the end of the release
3) Was this ever released comercially? Or is it one of these things like 'Maximum (insert band name here" where people interview the artist and only put out a few copies?

2)
"I always remember, it was in the snow, unkept, but ??? Dont understand Periodically But, I spose friends(??) is such a dead area, of the sky I got a coupla seconds he was hysterical fashioned type things I spose
um It depends I mean if its with like star or deck and take secondary then I don't
have to worry about short and medium, just gently, gently Or theres, I mean sometimes there a good chance an act of fright, you know but
it, it really does depend from time to time I mean you can't really predict how long it could take for one, actual you know
like one ten so I dunno it just quite difficult if you you know if you find their
not very long, that it can't be all that efficient the services, when you're
searching it can't be all that efficient to you know begin with four stations. Oh
and uh, one of them will you know come back or whatever, you just go and, into
the la-la. But it all depends, there's no one, one sort of guaranteed wish that
you could put your ball point on. I mean I couldn't do it until I was about 14
and seven twelths anyway so, not until I was fully rotated clockwise. But I've
got quite a lot of direction in, in channel, channel priorities, especially when
selecting steps as well from the like long wide steps as opposed to receiving
mode, not always the strongest, but you know but sometimes I years a go ahead, so
we'll have to share about that. [sniff] [bang] [cough] [noise] In January about the same time as [laughter] at the same time as I shut the box
in the ??? with I dunno about 25 cotton reels, 25 [laughter] 25 cotton reels on
the dial lit by one little needle and, and how they were like stalagtites or hang
down ??? until they were like free stalagtites so I couldn't see. I mean there
was 40 just drowning from the floor, about three prongs roughly.
??? Sucing face in the direction that there were two that were joining which I in
which the extended edition, but until ??? [burp] ??? Fart and zapped ??? [noise]"
