Underrated electronic labels?

Everyone always speaks of Rephlex, Planet Mu and the other
big labels, but i don't see as much talk on the small ones -
and there a LOT of small ones out there. And I think many of
them put out some decent products.

I've been enjoying a bit of M3RCK lately, as well as
TRS-80's new release on File-13. It's very good stuff. I've
been into a bit of Cex lately too. Anyways, your thoughts /
favorites?

Schematic features artists like Richard Devine and Otto Von
Schirach - somewhat noise-oriented material. good stuff.

i actually sent a demo to Mego a while back - haven't heard
anything of it since though, which doesn't surprise me, not
because i don't believe in my music, but because i'm used to
sending stuff to people and getting NO response. You sort of
have to get used to it.
