It boggles my tiny brain, to be honest. As do most spelling mistakes, grammar errors, et cet err aah. I think most people can't understand where the capitals go, so they just type in them all the time. It also applies here as so called 'intellectuals' write with some shocking grammar skills... ok I'll get off my fucking pub-lunchtime-induced-soap-box now. |

Technically writing in all caps is considered shouting in the "internet lingo". I find it very annoying, and you can tell people and they still don't understand it. |
