Brian Eno is a good musician but really knows jack when it comes to anything else. He has been blown out of the water in the past so I suggest he keeps his bald head shut.

"When I was young, an eccentric uncle decided to teach me how to lie. Not, he explained, because he wanted me to lie, but because he thought I should know how it's done so I would recognise when I was being lied to. I hope writers such as Rampton and Stauber and others may have the same effect and help to emasculate the culture of spin and dissembling that is overtaking our political establishments"
true...

.....because we're all dying to know what some crossdressing keyboardist from the 70's thinks about the crisis in the middle east

i'm interested and willing to hear many people's opinions on this.. even if i completely disagree with them..
it's important to have an open mind to other's ideas.. even if you don't necessarily agree or respect them for their beliefs..

I think his opinion is entirely warrented. He is a highly intelligent man, with a fine grasp of world affairs. Far from just being a musician who knows nothing else. I would imagine that being in your 50s and having travelled the world many times, experiencing different cultures, would be a significant factor in informing your views and opinions. Or maybe he knows jack shit. who knows
