This may be redundant, but what are your favourite top albums by some of the "great" IDM artists? When I mean favourites, I am simply referring to which ones suit your tastes / preferences in style and sound. (not necessarily the greatest relative to the artists' other accomplishments in terms of technical / composition) This thread is solely based upon the satisfaction of my curiosity. Quite selfish really. I see that early Autechre seems to be the least favourite. Not too many votes for Incunabula, Amber or Tri-Rep. Surprisingly enough, drukqs is pretty popular, despite universal shitty reviews. |
