What do you do...

When you break up with someone ( because you're not exactly
happy and things judt dont seem to be changing in the
relationship) but then really really really arnt happy at
all once you've broken up with them.BUT they are really
quite happy ,and you doubt they'll take you back...and going
back would mean being in the relationship your not happy in
again...
cant be with them , or without them .And dont want to get
over them- seems they've allready got over you.
what do you do???

thanks
-A-

accept that its over. You are missing the relationship, more
then the person.

Its no good... even if you are sad/lonely etc... its better
to be this way, alone, then be in a relationship and it not
be a good one.

You just gotta stay strong. Seriously. things will work out.

...brake up in a decent way...cut contact until pain has
disappeared...meet again and get really pissed cause she
already has a new boyfriend...argue again...cut contact
again were it actually feels like breaking up again....wait
till pain disappears again...

that's how it usually is for me

but if you werent happy, then you arent missing the person.

The person makes a relationship.

What I meant was, you miss the idea of having a
relationship, in some way.

i agree with zeus totally.

give it some time, things will become clearer with time.

if the other person would've been miserable you probably
would be fine. but, them being happy is making you question
your worth.

No i really do miss the person, and still really love
them. What i don't miss is how the relationship was going -
it wasnt him at all he's the best person ever..it was mainly
me - i think i'm broken.

on why it failed. What did he and you do wrong?

Otherwise, we dont have enough info

Because of the distance between us and just various other
little things...the fact that because we never saw each
other we'd speak on the phone ( which is also a problem
because speaking on the phone to someone isnt exactly the
same or ''healthy'' ) so when we saw each other like once a
week we'd have nothing to say and be all over each other
,the way i say it i guess it doesnt seem so bad but its
difficult to expalin

Gathered from what you have said, i have tried to summarize
it.

I doubt that this guy has gotten over you, he could just be
putting up a jolly front so that he doesn't upset you and
himself. You both sounded like you were really close and i'm
sure (by the sounds of it) that he still wants to keep in
contact with you. You've probably still got a great and very
strong place in his heart.

I doubt that throwing yourself off of a cliff or doing
anything else as final as that is not the way to solve
things. it will be a steady process that will take time and
i'm sure that this guy will stand by you and help you out
through this difficult time that both of you are having.

I love that song so much, it rules. So simple and beautiful
at the same time. Thom Yorke is a brilliant music god.

As opposed to an average music god *hits self*

If you study women you will realize that they are
emotionally unstable and they cannot form logical decisions.

did I mention that this is my opinion? An opinion formed
from real life experiences, so dont blame me, blame the
stupid women out there who give the good women a bad name.

if you were honest with him durring the break. and things
weren't working out. then give it time, and these feelings
that you are having now (which are probably 95% selfish)
will fade. then you will realize that you chose the right
thing when you ended the relationship.

of course, i'm an emotional cripple, so you may want to get
a second opinion.
