The MBV article sounds like a load of shite. Why would they go back to the studio after all this time only to re-record Glider outtakes. And could somebody please tell the oh-so-knowledgeable author of the article that Debbie Googe played bass, and Belinda Butcher did vocals and played guitar. And it's Colm O'Ciosog, not Colin. Welcome to last month. :-p It's awesome... I'd rather a new MBV album than a handful of re-recordings though... but beggars can't be choosers. New Pixies would be the bee's knees... all I need now is for the Smiths to reform and I'll never be unhappy again. |
