So what's the deal with them?
No one's said anything about them around here in a long time. Any news on any new stuff, album, single, tour, anything? later----

The one thing I want from BoC they can never give me - hearing them again for the first time. Listening to crappy RealAudio samples over a dialup connection at 2:00 a.m. and knowing I had discovered something incredible... I wanted MHTRTC so badly it was like I needed to pee. Listening to the CD for the first time - for the first month - for the first year - ahhhhhhh -

I remember those days back when I had a 56k, you appreciated each song so much more because each one took an hr to download.

I reckon the cLOUDDEAD remix on that release sounds a bit like BoC too...
I'd love it if they just sprang a new LP on us- no single/LP, no hype, just one day you'd look at warpmart/the boc site and see that a new album was out....

Boc Is some great stuff, they get their inspiration for their sound from Canadian Film Board movies from the 80's and early 90's.... I remember them well. They spent time in my city and the other main one in my province..... gret shit.
Id love to see a Live Album by them. But new material is better.

yes yes man, I remember when I first listened to samples from the warp site... I went down to the record store the same day to get it, but it wasn't there... so I had to order it, and wait two weeks... but I remember when I got it!!! OH MY!!! It was awesome!! I listened to it over and over all night that night!!
still though, Autechre are better!! :)

I've just received a copy of the new long-waited BoC EP!It has 6 remixes of "Magic Window"...the only problem is that all tracks are made of ultra-high frequency sounds that you cannot hear, unless you are a bat!!!
...maybe that's why they call it "Music Has The Right To Bats"... :PP
