i ordered 3 albums by freescha about a week ago-it looked
like they have them in stock but they still havent
dispatched them (i ordered some other albums along, so it
might be that they dont have some other album in stock...)

anyway, i'll let you know what shop have i ordered from when
they dispatch my order-just in case they dont hold enough
copies (i'd like to get them first hehe)

juno is a great site for electronica of all types
and it has mp3 clips. great turnaround time too, usually
next day delivery in the UK.

you must be laughing in oxford though with massive records
(not a bad shop and pretty helpful when i went in there),
and that great 2nd hand shop off/near the market square
(can't quite remeber which) which has loads of old dance
stuff going back to the late 80s downstairs. and record
fairs every month. i'm quite jealous!

tried www.juno.co.uk?
loads of it is shitty trance and dance, but the "leftfield"
section is purdy goood.

well massive records is a vinyl specialist really. i know
they have quite a few CDs. they're ok.
i know the other one you're talking about... loads of
records but i can never find what i'm looking for!

it was best when i lived in brighton, there were loads of
little record shops during the techno boom of the early to
mid 90s but most of them have sclosed now :(

berwick street, soho is where i do most of my record
shopping

thats cheeky of them
i don't like that they don't show what's in stock when u
order. i ordered whats come and slower than, then3 days
later they emailed me to say they were out of stock :(

offline tolstoyed from the ocean on 2003-06-09 15:55 [#00733611]

i thought it was just me...
i've ordered like 5 or 6 albums on my last try and they sent
me an eamil the next day, saying they're out of stock and
that my order was canceled!?

how do thy sell anything this way!?

warpmart is a ripoff. i'd expect a record label to be able
to charge significantly less for their own releases but i
can get their stuff much cheaper elsewhere (on the internet
and at local shops).

i've had that trouble with boomkat before aswell. i ordered
records that weren't just out of stock they were completely
unobtainable. they should sort this out, it only puts people
offf using them again.

with me its a matter of gaining confidence in the place i
buy things online. after a while you start to trust them for
their reliability and speed of delivery.

apperantly some freescha releases are on the way:
Freescha
Lift
Shipped

Freescha
Slower Than Church Music
backordered

Freescha
What's Come Inside Of You
Shipped

i've ordered some other albums with this order as well, and
they dispatched all of them, so it looks like freescha is
really pretty hard to get...
i was waiting for quite some time
