ok, not exactly "IDM" (but what is?), though it's an
obvious influence

enjoy. it's not the windowlicker bootleg but
a newly recorded song. Save Target As (direct link).

i'm listening it right now, and well... there's an
incredible big influence inside.
a new direction for the super popstar michael jackson?

like the music, but he sounds scared to get into it, almost
scared to sing.

Well, his music has used cutting edge technology as far as
urban music goes...I mean...his tracks were always as well
produced as any Timbland or Neptunes or JimmyJam/Terry Lewis
track around. This just seems to be step ahead in the same
direction...a big step...but in the same direction.

I really really like this track...though as BlatantEcho
pointed out...his voice is a little too in the background.
Maybe they will pull it up ahead in the final edit. The
music is quite fine...much better than the trashcan music on
madonna's new album.

You got any backround on this track titsworth ?
To me it sounds like a remix of some sort.
I kinda like the track , but jackson can sing better then
that.
His pronounciation of some words are weird.

I really liked that track - I think his singing is muted to
represent the lyrical content; the song being called 'get
out of my mind' or somesuch - called up fragility to me, the
singing did.

it doesn't even sound like him, and the pronunciation of
words sound like a foreigner singing in English.

I wonder if it is genuine...

Yeah you liked the singing , but then again you have always
been kind of an idiot!

=)

this is supposed to be a collaborative effort with JaRule
and Ashanti (yes, them of the 'always on time' fame) ..
except I cannot make out Ja Rule's raspy snorting voice
here. And that the female voice is ashanti is really
doubtful as well.

anyways, here is more info.

And here

Hmmmmm....

I would consider myself somewhat of an mj fan, and i think
it's pretty good compared to more than half of the
Invincible album.

It seems he is looking to change his audience demographic.

yea i don't hear ja rule either and ashanti is questionable
but i don't rule her out.. it also really does NOT sound
like the typical irv gotti/murder inc. production style,
although he HAS recorded with michael and the songs remain
unreleased.

i think this song is genuine and the russian webmaster
attributed the wrong song's info to it (hence the obvious
lack of ja rule).

eyah this track was nice.
MJ has done some very good pop
during the years,
but the last years the few he has done
- I haven't liked it.
But this was nice. Hope he makes
an album like this.

michaels dancing style always was the click and cuts in
dance form before it existed in music itself...
there was electric boogie, but theres a difference, cant
figure it out though...
im too tired.
maybe you try to discuss it if you like.
one last word: windowlicker!
