that movie was chilling......he was HOT as a SUPERNOVA in
Bladerunner...i'm not a fan of blonde men.....but damn he
was the DEAL!!!

Blade Runner is the only movie I've seen him in that's worth
noting.

Me and Raimons saw him at a sci fi convention in stockholm a
couple of months ago where he was signing autografs for
Bladerunner fans.
He looked fat and bored.
Here his movies end up at the video shelf nowdays.

Im not a fan but i think "Nighthawks" from 1981 also
starring Stallone and Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrisian)
is a favorite. Now get this...are you ready?.....he plays
the villain in it.

When i was younger i thought "Blind Fury" was a really cool
movie hehe.
And "Hitch Hiker" is a classic too , my mom didn't let me
see the part with the finger in the freedom fries hahaha!
She held her hand in front of my eyes , that only makes it
scarier.
I mean my imagination was much scarier then any special
effect.

that finger in the fries was WICKED!!!

btw.....thats sad he was fat and bored, but i guess that
happens when the roles stop coming in

i need to see blind fury, it's one of the few i've not seen

no it's wedlock.

his best stuff top to bottom:
- soldaat van oranje
- turks fruit
- spetters
- flesh&blood
- bladerunner
- the hitcher (good call lecoeur)
- escape from sobibor
- ladyhawke
and of course "floris" the TV show
I liked blind fury, I even digged split second simply
because it was Hauer in a Sci-fi setting(he should've done
that more often)

Blade Runner and The Hitcher....

When I saw The Hitcher first, I was 15, and did not eat
French (oops! Freedom) Fries for the next six months.

I very much agree with LeCoeur, Rutger Hauer ROCKS!!
He was one cool motherfucker in Blade Runner ,Blind Fury and
The Hitcher.
He´s not the greatest actor but there is something unholy
and wicked about the way he smirks. I at least consider him
on the same bad ass level as Schwarzenegger........at their
best they were head and shoulders above the rest.

Rutger Hauer starts stalking him and his family.
Well I enjoyed it.
