Has anyone been to DavidLynch.com? I would like to but I
don't have a credit card and I'm a cheap bastard.

I visited and it looked very cool.

As for knowledge, unless you haven't read "Lynch On Lynch",
there's not much I could say.

Oh, by the way, let's not forget Angelo Badelamenti. What a
combination. The Fire Walk With Me soundtrack is awesome.

And who doesn't get a bit weepy during that last scene, with
Laura Palma and the Angel? That would definitely have to be
the best marriage between sound and visuals.

excellent tragic climax.

Haha, i dont refuse his work. I like it. Well, some of it. I
like mulholland drive, cause i 'get' it. I just thought that
article was like, true. heh

but then again, i can explain most of what goes on in his

Twin Peaks is Cult!
So many interesting characters and side stories.
Another great show was Lars Von Triers "Kingdom" , same
great ingedients , great characters and spooky stories.

I always think of Twin Peaks when i hear "come to daddy-
Little lord faulteroy mix"
Especialy that last episode , i imagine it's the backwards
midget singing hahaha!

i've been watching twin peaks these last few months for the
first time since i first saw it 10 years or so ago. with a
flatmate. it's all nice and eerie (and insanely funny at
times) but i've become spoiled with today's special fx...
still, bob is pretty much creepy

I watched it again recently too. I still couldn't help but
feel that it all goes down hill after we find out who killed
Laura Palmer.

I have friends that think it got bettter?!?

Am I wrong?

final episode rocked... i hope lynch does another film about
twin peaks, he said he wanted to write one... one can only
dream of it.

I don't think Lynch would use more FX if he was to make it
today. He always got every single frame to look exactly how
he wanted it to look. Remember the baby in Eraserhead. Too
much work on a stupid lump of alien meat...

i've got twin peaks series 1 on DVD, haven't seen series 2
yet but i've heard its not as good as series 1, is this
right? Maybe Lynch was woking on a film then and didn't have
enough time for Twin Peaks?

I have some Twin Peaks kah-nolidge.

Laura Palmer's body was filmed by a log in front of Kiana
Lodge on an island outside Seattle, Washington (great for
weddings, heh). Salish Lodge in the beginning credits is
above Snoqualmie falls in Washington as well.

Jack Nance is in every David Lynch movie.

Lux: Jack Nance actually plays the leading role in
Eraserhead. I think his first name is different in the
credits tho.

One piece of trivia that I still can't stop thinking about
is the fact that David Lynch was given the opportunity to
direct The Empire Strikes Back, but he said no and made Dune
instead.

Hmmm. Makes you think....

twin peaks did pretty much go downhill when you found out
who killed laura. it is too bad david lynch wasnt as
involved during the second season as he was during the
first. but fire walk with me was quite a piece of work!
still, all in all, twin peaks is in my top five
movie/television concepts.
