Sometimes I get so excited I want to run out into the
street and stamp one foot on the ground as fast as possible,
pretend to chew a piece of very tough beef, selotape my arms
to my body, oink like a pig and scream "Yeast, Yeast".

I am unable to do this due to my job. I would probably get
sacked.

However I believe it to be unfair as those who smoke get to
have breaks a few times per day.

I may go and see my personnel department and ask if I am
entitled to leave the building twice per day for five
minutes to carry out the above actions, I suppose as a
stress relief.

If not the desire will build up inside my mind / body. And
at an inappropriate time I will break out into the above
routine / ceremony. Example - At church when I am getting
married.
