Intuitively I would think it meant something like "reduce" -
but obviously not judging from the context...

I know what a "q tip" is but why is it called such a stupid
name?

It's a brand name. The Q Tip empire was founded by Quentin
Tipperton in 1912. At the time the company was just an
outlet for Mr Tipperton's rap albums, but it has since
expanded to include cotton buds under its umbrella.

Nope, still no idea what it means. There must be a lot of
geeks round here, because the search function finds 400
topics with 'w00t' in them.

If it is just a sound like 'woohoo' or 'yay', then I can't
imagine ever spontaneously saying it out loud.

- w00t!
- 1337

oh yes and what exactly is 'giving head' to someone, is it
just being a dick or something?

roflmao`!!~~!!!!!!111

yes theres a lot of 133t talk on cs and stuff..

The term "w00t" is slang used to express happiness or
excitement, usually over the Internet. The first usenet post
containing this expression was on November, 2001.

One theory of the origin of this interjection is that it
comes from the vocalization made by the player in games of
the Quake series when a jump is performed

nice page junktion
