Myabe he's waiting for more people to hate him first--half
the world just doesn't cut it - he wants every non-American
to hate him before he fucks up the middle east good and
proper -- mind you, he might be waiting for jesus to
descend, to sit on his righthandside...Reagan must have been
mighty pissed that Armageddon didn't happen during his
presidency (as he himself had predicted)...so maybe, Bush is
doing the decent thing and waiting for reagan to die, soas
not to upset him--there's just so many possibilities--maybe
he's secretly against America, and he's waiting for the
temperature to get higher in Iraq first, so the GIs can
suffocate over there, and be more prone to blowing
themselves up...who knows, who knows.

The hate against Bush is, a view that's expanding to America
in general, including the people who live their. Sad thing.
How was it possible this man got into the whitehouse?

He brazenly walked in one day, claiming to be

just have to like it.

he only won the electoral vote. not the popular vote.
people say the electoral college is important cuz if we
didn't have it the candidates would focus their campaign on
one state, but i say who gives a fuck cuz other people can
just watch it on t.v. if a candidate was campaining
somewhere near me i wouldn't go so it doesn't matter where
it is. this prolly doesn't make too much sense...

most people here don't want a war and just want peace but
then you've got the war veteran's who just want to relive
seigon n shit. personally i am very worried about it. i
don't want to be drafted. i would not fight in a war that i
didn't believe in. my friend and i decided we'd just move
to canada and get high all day.

I'm still waiting to know what Bill Hicks was on about here.
It's a completely bizarre comment to what I wrote.
Come on Bill, tell me what you meant by that. I want to
know. It's a simple request. Or maybe you just wrote it not

His genius is saying all the wrong things, having the most
disastrous presidency of all (that I can think of), uniting
half the world against him, being more crooked and corrupt
than nixon, and YET -- having at one point, the highest
approval rate of any US president ever

self, i have neutral views on almost everything.

Basically there's a lot of in-fighting in our government.
Tony Blair is saying we should be with America and a
majority of the rest of them say that we shouldn't. Everyone
is opposed to this and he's just going ahead with whatever
Bush says. Well that's the way it seems anyway. It's frankly
disgusting to see that as a nation we are bending over for
everyone. They don't care what the people say. There's major
public opposition to this war and it's being ignored. I hate
this country.

Surely you know you can't be neutral - as George W Bush
said, "If you're not WITH us, you're AGAINST us." A true
mantra of democracy and freedom, that. It's like the 50s all
over again. Maybe Bush has a hankering for the good old
days.

Can we really believe these approval ratings? The fact that
it took that many re-counts to make him President shows that
the man is not beyond cheating....

Tony Blair had a deal from the start with Brown--after a
certain amount of time, Blair would capitulate to Brown, who
would become Premier...the conditions aren't ideal now for
Blair, but if he lost his job as Prime Minister, it wouldn't
be so bad for him really....it's almost certain he is going
to lose his job now.

Seriously?
Would Brown be any better? The only good thing I can think
about having him as Prime Minister would be that he could be
Mr Brown so there's a Reservoir Dogs reference in our
government. He'll be crap too!

Brown is a more measured character than Blair I would say --
and probably less smarmy and less sycophantic.

I find it hilarious that our troops are suffering from low
morale because we're not at war yet -- they're not happy
until they're in their expensive toys killing people and
bombing things...poor dears.

I can vouch for the Army Bloke comment. My mate's in the
Army. The things he could tell you. I think he would marry
his gun if he could. Fire it a coupleof times and it's warm
enough for penetration. Seriously though they do like their
toys but the lack of equipment is seriously scary.

I'll leave my decision to Brown till another time. I'll
watch him carefull from now.

What's funny is the tories want war, labour don't, but blair
wants war... makes him look a right traitor and it also
makes the labour party looks stupid.

Should be some more conservative seats this time :)

Oh, apart from the fact the BNP have expanded to 4 new seats
in Bristol and they'll get the conservative vote as Iain
Dumbfuck Smith is such a joke... :D

He he, one of the standard naval prayers is for, "A strong
and willing enemy."

Think about it, you have to have at least some degree of
action man fantasies/fondness for guns to consider signing
up. It's hardly suprising the troops are chomping at the
bit. A commando I know was pissed of that he was going to
the gulf, but only becasue he was missing a piss up by going
out a week early. He was really looking forwards to being
back in the fray.

What do you mean lack of equipment? Our troops have some
lush equipment.
Even our normal troops are allowed to choice their own
webbing etc. (although the default is some of the best in
the world). Something normally reserved for special
forces... Our SA-80s are shite by all accounts though (in
terms of reliability).
