We have a club called sonar here in Baltimore, I'm sure it's much more ghetto than any club in Europe but its good for this area. |

i went to one day of sonar last year, was ok, a lot of clubby people there, ie jeff mills, carl cox, not realy my cup of tea. saw mr scruff though, he was great! it was at a great venue though and the people were cool! |

oxide and neutrino do uk garage, a genre of music which is quite thankfully dying out! dont know about phonecia, not heard any of there stuff heard super collider at dedbeat which jamie liddel is part of, didnt like em much, kind of mangled,very strange dub from what i heard, his solo stuff may be different though im sure aphex will totaly rock, i've only see him dj and hes great! |

also pole... i love sonar 2003! i saw afx live in primavera sound 2002 (this year ps is a fucking shit, too indiepoppy for my taste...), and he was incredible, playing only two released songs... but i dont know how is him djing... im sure it will be incredible cause...well...its richard. |

im going with my girlfreind who has booked the flights and gig tickets already!!! i wanna see RDJ (for the 7th time), Phoenecia, jaga jazzist and Hellfish especially - and she wants to see about 20 other acts. i went in 2001 where RDJ did the most mental set i heard yet.. i still listen to it today.. jungle, gabba and extreme noise artist Whiotehouse in an earpiercing jamboree of sonic assault ' a direct antedote to the commercial techno crap that was on before him... carl cox etc its 3 days- not a week and this year i´ll go to more "anti-sonar" things that happen around barcelona at the time...... totally willing to meet up with you guys too squarepusher didn´t show because he was either ill (Tom from Warp told me the next day when i met him in the city center still mashed off my head) or, as Cylob told me at a gig here in Dublin "he was too busy finishing off a tune" |

I went to Sonar in 98 with some Australian technoheads I met, had a blast. I went to the Primavera Sound last year and saw Afx kick ass. His set was off the hook. + I saw Le Tigre and a bunch of other fun stuff. I´m moving to Barcelona this fall to study. |

andreas..... i just heard that there is loads going on beyond Sonar. DJ´s not billed for it go to Barcelona anyway. When i wa tyhere Fortet, Sven Vath, And i think sosumu yokota were playing around the place but not involved in Sonar itself |
