I agree with closing shit threads, but I didn't think Morton's was crap. It was the opening gambit to a discussion about THe Netherlands, which I had already started to develop with a question concerning it's social history. Fair enough close the total crap that are nonsensical, but that one wasn't. |

It had the potential to turn into an exchange of false stereotypes for countries (like that other topic, I can't remember the name of.) but in a way that is good as it could have eliminated those stereotypes with the passing of decent conversation and educational fact. However the 'WTF?' and so on could have been done without. |

see Thad, it wasn't a JOke thread like yours--so it was not 100% serious, how many threads are? Why not have a talk about Holland? We've talked about the USA before, and the UK and several other countries--I know Holland is Flat, but surely it deserves more respect! ;) |
