well what can i say?

althouth to be perfectly honest, i'm getting sick to death
of reading complete shit on here, i wonder why certain
topics of conversation are being singled out from other
other inane drivel.

"what's you favourite imperial measurement" or "ooooh,
itsn't autechre good, who agrees?" seem to be perfectly
acceptable even though the vast majority or replies to these
topics are complete wank. so where do you draw the line?

And as for a moderator posting shit like

"I don't read anything that tells the truth about McDonalds,
I just look away. It just tastes so GOOD, I don't want to
know what it is.
I have it like 4 times a week... same thing every time.
Supersized Fries 6 Chicken McNuggets Medium Sprite I'll
never eat their burgers. "

shows thre true potential of the level of intelligence on
this board, i really wonder whether its even worth
continuing reading anything posted on here at all.

and no, i'm not othe only one. i can vouch for several
people who have recently been offended or dismayed as to the
hitler like stance that has been portrayed on here, together
with the usual irreverance which makes you think george bush
could win mastermind.

your thoughts please (or i guess, cancel this topic as it
adds nothing to "your" portrayal of you "own" view of life.

It's a fine line between love and hate

I'm up for anything that has any relevance to any kind of
discussion at all. Somebody brings up a topic, and people
discuss it, pretty simple... somebody types some acid trip
bullshit or two word first post, it gets deep-sixed...

''And as for a moderator posting shit like''

Look back at most of my posts, not every one of them is as
pointless as that one... I admit, that's a less than stellar
topic, but come on... it's a discussion, not just some
random noodling.

Barely any topics get locked... Hitler like stance my ass.

I just locked another one to show my Nazi like oppression.
Starting a topic and fleshing it out so intelligently with a
HMMMMMM is kind of annoying.

Oh dear, dear earthleakage...

You have to just set up your own mental BS filter and be
happy with it. I think you need one desperately. You seeth
and whine and spew over the slightest irritable phrase.
Darwin is alive and well upon this board. The strong will
survive and the weak will whine away.

Some irritants are indeed strong, but you can train yourself
to Ignore certain topics, because you are superior and you
have developed the experience and personal knowledge of
yourself to recognize those topics that cause you heartburn
and blurry vision.

And take an asprin, too.

This board is so broad... what exactly IS on topic, and what
is OFF? We talk about everything, and anything. What to
lock, what not to?

If somebody makes a topic people are giving sane answers to,
not just spam, it stays, even if you don't like it, even if
I don't like it. Some people obviously DO. If it isn't
offensive or overly dumb and random, it's harmless. Don't
click on it if you don't like it.

1. its not my job

2. darwin is dead, and his philosophies have no relevance in
todays society (and i'd be happy to converse 1 to 1 to
explain further)

3. i have an allergy to aspirin and can only take
paracetomol as an emergency as my blood pressure is low
anyway, and i don't want to make it any lower

I don't see what anyone would have to complain about. There
are always topics that are rather meaningless, and always
have been. If we all had all kinds of wondeful ideas we
proly would be out doing something about them rather than
being on this board. I personally see nothing Hitler-like
about the way things are ran here. I think afexchrist
deserved the boot...

You'll find pointless topics on EVERY damn messageboard on
the Net - so it's a general problem. The good thing is that
you actually care about the topic quality on this
very
messageboard - I take it as a good sign.
