To all of those who hate him....why? Is it because he is
farily popular, is French, and does lazer shows? :-)

No, but seriously, his music (on the most part) is very
good! Especially Chronologie, Oxygene (and, also Oxygene
7-13) and Waiting For Cousteau (very atmospheric)

Does any one else here enjoy JMJ, Vangelis, Tangerine Dream
and all those other early sythesizer composers?

A friend of mine played violin for him and she said he was a
twat who threw tantrums at the smallest things.

"your Anti Autechre threads suddenly make a lot more
sense."

What, because I enjoy JMJ, it makes my opinions on SOME of
Autechre's albums invalid? I enjoy a wide range of music
styles, from simple synth-pop, to avant garde classical, to
drill n' bass....

"A friend of mine played violin for him and she said he was

And this has what, to do with the quality of his music?

Oh, and Flea...you're right about Tangerine Dream...their
new stuff is awful for the most part...:-(

It just proves what a big STAR he is...

Yeah Tangerine Dream's newer stuff is as aweful as their
earlier stuff is amazing..

btw flea....my threads were NOT anti Autechre...they were
more...anti ep7, if you get me. I actually love lp5, amber,
and Tri Repeatie (I haven't heard Confield...) Plus, that
was my initial reaction...Autechre takes time to grow on
you.
About Tangerine Dream...is it true that their new
album, The Seven Letters To Tibet, is a return to form and
is like Phaedra? It might be a return to form....

If you dont like EP7 I definelty wont bother with Confield
or Gantz Graf...

Sorry I have gone past caring for TD...
