Who's best to you is who you think is best.
When given these two choices, who's best to me is Boards.

Boards are more talented to me, I love plaid though, but Boards....well its impossible to explain/describe

How do you Plaid-fans rate Double Figure to that double album (don't remember the name) from some years ago?

depends on my mood, I love 'em both. they're not even in the same ballpark though; it's different feelings and a different musical language.
I think I'm more in a Plaid mood lately though...

Gotta go with BoC.
I dunno, I just can't get into plaid... too light in the loafers for my tastes.

plaid all the way!! boc are boring when you're not exactly in the mood (like ae, btw). and even when i'm in the mood of listening to boc, i still can prefer plaid — besides they're more varied, and have very good tracks with vocals. :)
