109, Bradleys Strider, polygon window, powerpill,
qchastic... the diceman.. [i don't think that one is real],,
any others i missed?

hexane on 2001-03-25 10:26 [#00001458]

AFXDUB from canada on 2001-03-25 12:16 [#00001466]

i knew i forgot one of them! caustic window, i have that
album... woah that is weird.

hexane from parade ground on 2001-03-25 12:40 [#00001468]

btw, richard only used diceman once on a compilation cd...i
forget which one

AFXDUB from canada on 2001-03-25 13:00 [#00001469]

i know... i used to know the name, there was the
misconception that he used that name for an album when
really it was just someone else.

D-Hex from KC Missouri on 2001-03-25 21:41 [#00001487]

What the hell is bradleys strider? ive never heard of that

AFXDUB from canada on 2001-03-25 21:58 [#00001493]

bradley strider? thats an alter ego richard d james has, he
released an album under that name, its pretty damn good too.
its "Bradley Strider- Bradleys Robot". Its pretty good.

Id Lab from Preston, UK on 2001-03-26 03:11 [#00001504]

Is it cheating to say 'Rich', as in Mike And Rich?

***BeTh23*** from seattle wa usa on 2001-03-26 05:45 [#00001510]

is bradley strider for-real Aphex though ? in the "explore"
section on this site, it credits both of those EPs to Manuel
Sepulveda. They are listed in the
http://theaphextwin/discography but I also have heard that
is is not Aphex at all.. please clarify if you can.

AFXDUB from canada on 2001-03-26 08:11 [#00001512]

beth21 [or whatever] yes it is really richard d. james, it
is his "alter ego" so to speak.. it is really him, just
under a different name, it is him alright.... like AFX and
CAUSTIC WINDOW are aliases for Richard D. James, BRADLEY
STRIDER is an alias of that name you used... it is richard
though.

XePhA88 from San Jose, CA on 2001-03-26 10:40 [#00001520]

Thanks AFXDUB about the Bradley's Strider... I'm going to
napster right now. But I'll buy it too, just cause it's
original RDJ. As for more aliases, what about this one:
Universal Indicator

XePhA88 from San Jose, CA on 2001-03-26 10:41 [#00001521]

also, where is TAN 109 from?

hexane from Australia on 2001-03-26 15:02 [#00001537]

rich only wrote 3 songs on 'Universal Indicator Red', but
nobody seems to know which ones.

The Diceman track was on the AI comp from WARP...it's the
Polygon Window track from SOSW...

There is a real Diceman so rdj didn't use that alias anymore
after that...

(The Diceman by Luke Rheihart is where the name comes from
originally...about a guy who lives his life according to the
throw of a dice...pretty cool..)..

TAN109....where did that come from?..

PCP...is a band outta Germany; Frankfurt I think...RDJ did a
couple of remixes for em (We Have Arrived on CLASSICS)...

Check http://members.aol.com/blissout/mover.htm .... for more info on PCP/The Mover...

What is PCP? I know its a drug but that's all. Is it the
same as Angel Dust? Sorry but its been bugging me for years.

yeah..PCP is Angel Dust...

I believe it's some sort of Horse Transquiliser...pretty
damn hardcore stuff; James Brown is a bit of fan
apparently...

Me and the Girlf used to joke about people taking Dog
Drugs...but with things like PCP & Ketamine, it's getting
pretty common...

Personally, I always felt a bit odd taking substances meant
for animals...best to steer clear, I think...

I hear you Jand. I had to lay off the dog-worming tablets
after a year. My '88 with animal pharmecuticals is well and
truly over.

I remember watching an episode of "COPS" with some psyco on
PCP and he was going awol, doesn't it give you supernatural
strengh ( or makes it deel like you do? ) ?

offline Narkotic from United States on 2002-05-10 15:23 [#00213961]

PCP is like a huge adrenaline rush, body tranquilizer..so
you can't really feel anything so it makes you feel really
strong. Ketamine has the same effect somewhat, fun to take
with ecstacy..prolongs the effects.
