I'll have to check out Green, hire it for £1 from my local
library and tape it , later today perhaps... I'm supposed to
be out celebrating/drinking today from 1400 and again @
2200.... my liver ! Maybe I'll just have a "smoke and a
coke" :)
But I'll check out Green ASAP , I've heard Belfast is a good
one, I have Chime/satan on vinyl too & like 'em

Belfast and Chime are great but the album sounds a bit dated
now. The Brown album has dated better IMO.

Did anyone ever hear Belfast/Wasted? It was a double A side
with a live version of Therapy?'s Innnocent X and was a
vocal version.

I am now listening to the brown...it was a long time since I
didnt listen to it... hey it really sounds great...

other classic albums in my opinion:

endtroducing (everything made out of samples)

Its not very good. I can't really believe what its like. Its
not even half as good as Endtroducing. I don't know what
went wrong.

3-1 is great. Do you have the Diversions album? Some great
remixes.

They have a Back to Mine album out on 24th June which could
be interesting.

AFX - AB1, SAW85-92
Black Dog - Bytes
Global Communication - 76 14
LFO - Frequencies
mu-ziq - tango 'n' vectif
Orbital - brown
Orb - Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld
Underworld - dubnobasswithmyheadman
v/a - Artificial Intelligence

I guess it's because I'm an old dude, but things need to be
more than 10 years old before I'd consider them classics.

O yeah, hardly any of those are more than 10 years old. It
would be too short a list.

SAW85-92, Tri Repetae or even Incunabula, Music has the
Right to Children definitely (even though it's was released
only 4 years ago)... Orbital II maybe, The Orb's Adventure
in the Outworld or whatever the hell it is... Kraftwerk? The
Black Dog Productions, their releases maybe?

I Care Because You Do, Richard D James Album, SAW 85-92 and
SAW2... RDJ has his share. Tri Repetae is also really
classic... Music Has the Right to Children... Bricolage has
to be up there, I think, it's just too good... Tango 'n
Vectif... but I guess it could all depend on what you define
as ''classic''... I think Confield will go down as a
classic, but some might think it's a mindfuck piece of avant
garde bullshit.

confield is my life nowadays
it will be a classic, and more than that ...it will surely
be considered a masterpiece... a first step into something
future... but it needs time...people will need time, cos it
came from a very far future
