the US version also features the whole 'girl/boy' ep but the european version stops after 'logan rock witch' i can scan the album cover for the european version tonite and post it here |

maybe as the us version includes the girl boy ep thats why in the us rdj album you can also see the gravestone in the booklet |

I have the euro version and the cd booklet is totally blank on the inside - what a waste of space! Maybe I have a promo copy, I bought it from ebay. |

Mine is euro too and there's nothing inside either. Ermm, my I care because you do came with blank linear sections as well.. I Thought it was just an aphex thing, how wrong I was. I wish I had bought the US version of the RDJ album, I think I ended up paying MORE for the fact it was imported from europe. What a rip off! |

My ICBYD and RDJ is blank inside... does the us ICBYD have bits in the innersleeve/extra tracks? And WHY do the USers get extra tracks? Is it to make up for the delay. Brandy's album that came out first in the us has extra tracks for the UK release and BRA's 2 albums have extra tracks on the US albums. Weird. |

I think RDJ is the only US release with bonus tracks. I'd say it's probably because the album is so short. |

steve: the inside of te us ICBYD is also blank. artists do this, because it is cost effective. to print single sidedis peanuts compared to double sided printing. you have to pay for the ink plus the film setup. lotsa mula$ let me know what you think! |

Another major difference is the Euro releases of RDJA Richard's face is more reddish, whereas the US release is more fleshy coloured, and the US release has the Girl/Boy EP's image (the gravestone) on the inside cover. |

Didn't I answer this in another thread today?.... the inside of the us rel has a pic of the RDJ grave used on the girl/boy EP...plus the additonal track info & SIRE info on back.... My faces look the same colour, joy...perhaps you have a faded copy?... and there's a little orange sticker on the UK ver with "WARP LOGO APHEX TWIN Richard D. James Album"... fucking trainspotters!!!! ;).. |

I have both the UK and US releases (of course), and my UK one is noticibly redder than the US one. Perhaps after the first run, they went ahead and used the cover from the US version for subsequent printings? Or perhaps there was a bad batch and they have since corrected the printing run? Who knows. Recycle - Each release will have detailed pictures of all the versions, especially when there is a difference. The hardest versions to track down are the cassette releases. And thanks for the kind words about watmm - we're off to a bumpy start, but things will smooth out as time passes. |

nene: the fact that 'girl/boy' was listed as "3-5" and logan rock witch as "4" also made me quite confused when I bought the album back in 97. in fact, 'girl/boy song' is #9 and 'logan rock witch' number #10. but just like phob said, all these issues will be implemented in xltronic.com. |

these numbers come obvously from the vinyl version. if i remember correctly it says side1/side2 on the back. |
