After trying numerous times i've eventually got a response
from a recording studio here and am all being well going to
work there over the summer. Its unpaid, but I don't really
care if it means I get to use their gear and learn more!

Good news B3n. Just remember to leave your rucksack at home.
You probably won't need that fuck-off hunting knife either.

yeah I was actually able to work in a recording studio for a
summer because my younger brother's (he's 15) jazz combo
actually was invited to cut a cd there, not bad for him, and
it got me a job! It's good stuff, nothing can beet new
expensive toys!

Haveing hardware to do your mixing with is the best way to
make sure the various elements in your composition come thru
as intended. Good call/Good luck.

were.
