Wicked tune indeed ! Many many thanks for sharing I've only recently heard of "matcha" and consider switching to it from regular instant coffee. I've read that benefits are incomparable. Thoughts ? I also consider becoming a ninja. Can a ninja drink matcha ? Or can ninja only smoke ganja ? Can ganja smoking ninja be as effective as a non-smoking ninja ? youre welcome, the whole album [rewind] hexstatic made then is high quality and fun imo in my rotation for a solid decade. as for proper ninja way of life: coffein keeps puzzlin science, look for answers yourself. it is said tho, any green tea caffeine is more slow and steady which always is a good health choice over peak and abyss. obviously sugar and fat (milk/cream) play a role in that equation aswell. all i can tell you is that heart attacks and early death suck. lets skip that one and be mindful and strong ninjas. |
