thats quite horrific, then again it sort of looks like
something you would see in a turkish butchers shop window

Wow, that's.

ET was a big part of my life when I was tiny, and seeing
that pic as the page loaded... I had to close the window.

Wow.

When I first saw the movie at the cinema, when he and Elliot
get ill, and he's being shocked; I started screaming, and
ran around the theatre shouting at the top of my lungs : "I
don't want ET to die, I don't want ET to die!"

I still really like the film ET now, i went on the ET ride a
couple of times it was great loads of little dancing alien
plants, and ET says your name at the end

It usually gets me every time, but last time I saw it it was
the retouched version and I thought it lost all its charm. I
don't like new ET.

Unlike Lucas though, Spielberg still proposes the original
cut on DVDs as an option.

yes they put walkie talkies digital on the agents rather
than shotguns, which is a bit shit, leave well alone and
transfer the film better thats all it needed doing

at least Spielberg admitted changing it was a mistake,
unlike Lucas who is unrepentant about bastardising star wars
with CGI that looked dated at the time

when we came out of the cinema with my sister, we were
walking back home, we played a game, that the one that
didn't jump on a specific tile on the floor didn't love ET.

Hey man, I hope you're well! It's been a long time...

I'm sorry I've not really been around. A woman will do that
to you. Just been mega busy, and my relaxing time has
changed from being online with a spliff and a beer, to
watching Lost or something with my fiancée.

I should have more time for myself soon. Anyway, all the
best, mate!

"Hypstiee, you don't spoil things...it's only as a myth; a
dark fable; a horror tale, told across the flickering embers
of a midnight fire, wherever hardened space dogs gather to
drink fermented vegetable products and compete in tales of
blood-chilling terror!
