I dont smoke filter cigarettes coz they are much harsher for my health, I feel. I roll my own cigarettes with tobacco that are fresher and not added a lot of dangerous chemicals... Smoking is culture and a fascinating part of our history. Richard Klein has written a very nice book about that: "Cigarettes are sublime". Recommended! And yes! Vitamin C is good for the smoker... |

i stopped smoking a week ago. i'm in a critical moment. i'm feeling the need to smoke. but i found one interesting to make me forget the need. when i need to smoke, i just put a cig in my mouth, and i don't light it. it works. |
