Just went to the Toronto show of the Ufabulum tour.
Visuals were amazing, sound was excellent, and the performance was goddamn incredible. The bass solo(s)/encore really, really kicked ass.
Really fantastic experience.
Exhausted, time for sleep.
Cheers!

i thought the visuals were lame. after a few tracks i decided to turn my back to the stage and look at the people's faces instead. hilarious. the music was great at times though, i even thought about getting the album, but reasonably got a synth instead.

it's painful to look at and uninteresting. it's only beautiful in the pictures and videos with reduced depth of field.

I really enjoyed the visuals, and I wasn't even on drugs or anything! I could imagine it being really bright if you were standing right up in front of the stage, but I think I was in a good spot for them.
drill rods: Canada represent. I saw your post in the job thread, sounds like a pretty sweet gig!
For the encore he did a wicked version of A Journey to Reedham with live bass, crowd went wild.

Watching it now! Arigato! (saw >[] live in 2k4 tokyo...) jamie lindel, & joseph nothing...
>[] best, then nothing was 2nd best...lindel had this vocal improve over the music...it was new, immersive (to hear his creative direction...) however, not as good a set at the other two.
