I saw Aphex Twin the other day outside Dixons. I was like
"oh my God, there's Richard D James" so I ran up to him and
went "AAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"
in his face. He just looked at me really strangely and
started to walk in the opposite direction. What a prankster!
I ran around in front of him and shouted "COME ON YOU CUNT,
LET'S HAVE SOME APHEX ACID!!!!!!!!!!!!" Again he presented
me with a puzzled expression with a hint of fear. Crazy old
Aphex and his japes. Well that was the last straw! I went
right up to him and shouted "COOOOOME TO DADDY" in his ear.
By now he was looking geniunely afraid (what a funny guy!!)
and he started to run away. I chased him all the way down
the high street, shouting other such slogans as I went, but
he was running almost as if it was for his life now and did
not turn around again. Eventually I lost sight of him just
outside McDonalds, and went on with my usual business. Good
old Aphex.

the sleeve in 26 mixes clues:

"Done in the frontroom, Southgate Road
Made at the Atomic Ab.sorption Lab, Clissolog Studio
Recorded at the Bank
Made in Lannerlog
Clayhill"

So Cornwall he lives I think. I'm sad.

With a bit of a guesswork and some info...

Done in the frontroom, Southgate Road
Made at the Atomic Ab.sorption Lab, Clissolog Studio

No idea about those two, but one of them I guess would be
the house he shared with goon that they supposedly nearly
got evicted from.

Recorded at the Bank: London, elephant and castle near
ministry.

Made in Lannerlog: Cornwall

Clayhill: His university (Was he at kingston?) halls before
dropping out

Horse: What are you like in real life? As in when you are in
your natural habitat of Northampton? I worry you are wasting
your talents on this 2bit messageboard. Have you thought
about doing some creative writing for telly or something?
