some real highlights this year! amazing 4 day juggling convention camping in berlin, 3 day punkfest, spending a beautyful summer outside, lame fall but brilliant rephlex amsterdam on my birthday! real shitty winter with sparks of fun. it was quite a good year, shame it ends so shitty.. heres a graph: |

i saw a lot of change in 2010. i got fired from my job and lived on unemployment of the majority of it, started sleeping with my roommate's girlfriend, fell in love with my roommate's girlfriend, got engaged to ex-roommate's ex-girlfriend. then my girlfriend got in a car accident and injured herself pretty badly. i have been able to stick with her through a lot of pain, difficulty and uncertainty, something which i did not expect myself to be able to do, and i'm very proud of that. also i finally started producing music again, started running lights at some big venues and played some bigger gigs. all in all i think i grew up a lot, despite the fact that i've not been working for most of it. 2011 is gonna be straight bad assery. bigger shows, more music, healthy gf, and a decent job (hopefully). bring it on! @jnasato that thing with the sticky topics is the first thing i do every time i reload the page :P |

On a more serious note: All of 2010, I've basically been living off of freelance work and borrowing money, and I'm surprised I'm fucking alive. I walked out on my asshole boss after telling him off in Nov 2009, and from then on, I've been doing random freelance art shit. I had to sell off most of my music studio and toys to support $1,000/mo rent +bills, but I finally moved to a cheaper place. Now I'm somewhat in a similar position as I was 1 year ago-- poor. HA-! But I'm finally gonna get a proper job that has nothing to do with art prolly, which will at least settle bills and shit like that. I have really high hopes for 2011. Good luck to all for 2011~! I just realised I didn't offer up my own answers. How rude, I feel like some kind of data mining robot. My 2010 was so filled with stuff it feels like 3 years rolled in to one. I finished a degree and started a masters (which may have been a mistake). I had three jobs, the most recent of which has me working in the music industry like a real professional type and I managed to do some work for some childhood heroes which is nice. I had four girlfriends, with the first one being the end of a six and a half year relationship, so that was pretty intense. I made an album I was actually proud of and sold my music for the first time, making the packaging for this release was one of the highlights of the year. I lived in three houses and now live with 17 people. My patience with wankers grew dramatically short, leading to some great arguments. I still didn't have a single driving lesson and I still smoke (my two resolutions for 2010). I'm looking forward to 2011. I will make four albums and build a (hopefully great) interactive installation. I will maybe move abroad and commute to my one post grad meeting that I will be having every month. I will still smoke. I will try to avoid wankers. I will still look at xltronic every day. |

do you live in a castle, or a squat? 2010 was good, i failed to complete my studies, wrote my car off, lost a good friend, went to africa and spent all my money, but i had good times. 2011 will hopefully be fun times to, i'm gonna go on a long drive at somr point, maybe try and work abroad for a bit and plant a couple trees. |

pretty disappointing, i barely had any sex or money, but i got a cat and some nice moments with friends, started a new band and make some nice musics. overall 10% of the days were great... december was better, tho, spending time creating lots of things, amongst which almost none of you want... |
