False alarm. The site is back up. things at Rephlex
headquarters are once again moving along at an alarming
rate.

wonders what cat200 will be. I hope not a very expensive
boxset.

I thought when the site went down temporarily just then,
that Rephlex would just disappear forever without a cat200.
And in hindsight, that would have been pretty megacool. But
nah fuck that, we need a second Sam & Valley album.

disappointment.*

rephlex has put out soem REAL SHIT, sure but proportionally
speakin, this is not tru

slowest record label i've ever came across, in terms of
output - not much for the last cuppla years yes but for 16
years it was about one a month on average

much easier/lazier to be negative than positive

According to this recent interview with Grant, Rephlex are very much
alive, and they should be releasing stuff before the end of
the year.

Can you recommend any new artists?

Yes, check out Wisp he is the best new talent for at
least 10 years, I’m serious.

lol

Not really; My cat often purrs and wags her tail at the same
time.

And no, she doesn't think she's a dog. :)

the last 10 years, since 1999, any suggestions?

and that steinvord thing now releasing on rephlex?
his music didnt sound very original... rephlexstaying on his
own cliche

i havent listened to the Wisp album but the best "new"
artist since 1999 (even he has released records since the
1990s) must be Oren Ambarchi on Touch. His latest records
are really strong ambient/drone variations.

I told people here about those macc and dgohn guys ages ago
- the album was meant to come out ages ago, but the rights
have been licensed to rephlex and so it has been delayed.

There is a 12" taster of the album out now though, I bought
it a few weeks back and I really like it. Oddball drum and
bass.

Can't wait to hear the other rephlex projects, although I
agree that steinvord isn't very original.
