don't get too excited... it'll probabkly end up just being a shakey youtube clip with bad audio. I'm using a sony miniDV camera and will have spare battery with me. In-built mic. The last few sets have been great.... manchester warehouse, coachella and x-state. I just hope they gave him a 2 hr slot here. |

so keyfumbler, any sign of the video/audio from last night? i'm dying to get hold of it after seeing the gig. it was awesome. intense like a fence. but it was a DJ set....you can't have everything! if memory serves (and i was kinda wobbly last night) he dropped loads of bits of analord ("pwdsteal.ldpinch.d" was sick), some drukqs, the tuss, think i heard some analogue bubblebath in there too - might be wrong on that one. and a bunch of jungle, hard d'n'b, acid, hardcore etc. jolly good! had the 3 gurners onstage too. oxegen's actually well organised this year, well impressed. went in expecting to be stabbed by a coked-up child, so maybe the scaremongering got to me. it was all good and i met plenty of sound people. back tomorrow for some rage against the machine action. |

okidoki.... have the mp4 to upload 270M and the mp3 of that 89M... all to the guys at WATMM 1hour 30 mins of aphex goodness... Lotsa tuss, afx, abb, drukqs, squarepusher etc The crowd was amazing and responmds well to all the best bits. If you're looking for soundboard forget it.. this captures the audience too but it's not fuckng bad at all and gets better after the start. The videos well shakey but you see our RDJ up close a few times and the gurners too...... hold on to your hats..... it'll be available by close of business today....check WATMM |
