if you have the music you should play it for a few seconds
then stop it and say over the mic, 'yeah fucking right' then
put on some mental acid/drum n bass/jungle

Back in the day when I used to DJ at glamourous locations
like the Student Union. People would often ask for rock
stuff but that was due to the fact that I used to like
playing Slayer - Angel of Death out of Josh Wink (which at
the time I remember playing five times in one night). I
liked playing Skinny Puppy - Warlock out of Underworld -
Born Slippy.

I think the problem with a lot of DJ is that they know their
Genre and tend to stick within it. Find some rock that you
like and play about with it.
