It was pretty good. She played more songs off of Medulla
than Volta but the tracks she did play really came to life
compared to the album versions. Made me want to go back and
give the album another listen. The 10 or 12 piece (I forget)
all girl brass section were amazing, as was the middle aged
bloke in a shirt and tie playing the various keys. Near the
end one track merged in to a cut up version of Freak and
Mark Bell grinned like a monkey as the crowd went wild. This
is my report of the show.

Mark Bell is kooler than me sometimes,
the only thing missing was 20 minutes of distorted noise
from DJ Smojphace....

she seems to come playing at the arena of verona once a
year, i'd like to see her at least once in my life. tickets
are fucking expensive though, radiohead alike.

a while ago my buddy who works at an independent cinema held
an after hours viewing of drawing restraint 9 which was
pretty good. it was a little long winded but i thought the
soundtrack was great and the film was overall enjoyable.
some people have said they liked the cremaster cycle better
but i have yet to see those.

hmmmmmmmm my friend has a spare ticket to Bjork and asked if
I wanted it, but it costs £60. I don't really know what to
do :S Would you say it was worth that much?

Mine were £37 each. It was a good show but I thought even
that was steep. £60 seems extortionate for one show. Double
that and you've got a festival ticket! All I can say is that
the missus is a big fan and she loved it. She
would've let me pay that much for sure.

Where was the one you went to? This one's in Blackpool
apparently which I find weird.. God I wonder why there's
such a price difference, that doesn't seem right! Hope he's
not trying to rip me off!

what the fuck! Just looked online and they're £37 too. I'm
going to have to have words!

Wolverhampton Civic Hall. A total dump. It did seem like a
massive price hike just because of location so I just went
on See Tickets, where I got mine, and if you click
this link you'll see Blackpool tickets are the same
price. £37. Be wary of this nefarious fellow SValx! On the
plus side its not sold out so you can just grab one from
there!

If it is in the Tower Ballroom I would pay 60quid+, I saw
Portishead there years ago and it was awesome.
