pretty cool, see see and kin griff are pretty catchy.

the other two are pretty meh tho. seems to be the case with
clark's recent output

he finishes his songs well. I dont really know what goes on
for the other 2 1/2 minutes tho.

Turnable Dragon will excell. This EP will grow on you all
with its simplicity.

while im a huge supporter of clark, this teaser ep doesnt
excite me too much. seems way too simple. i love his beats
and i was hoping for a continuation of the style explored on
body riddle, but with the killer bomb droppers of empty the
bones. this just seems so stripped down and too boring. his
amon tobin remix is one of the best things i have ever heard
ever. i love it and i was hoping for that kind of
exploration. i hope turning dragon isnt cc turning gay.

this is the worst, most amateurish thing i've heard all
year, and i say that as a pretty big clark fan.

it's too fucking loud. did some deaf person master this
release or what?

all of clark's output as of late its so freakishly loud.

his sense of dynamics is exactly the opposite of jackson's
(of 'and his computer band').

its still pretty good tho. understandably, im loving his new
rave sound.

im still not convinced of his more recent output. ive
noticed the levels are waay too loud, my flatmate loves
clark but then he watches telly with the volume up really
high too.. heh!

offline Phone from Paris (France) on 2007-12-13 09:49 [#02153702]

This music so boring. He repeat over and over again and the
melody and beats are crap and simple.

offline jules from United States on 2007-12-13 15:00 [#02153813]

i thought that at first too, but it came around for me and i
quite like it now. im holding out judgement on his new
material after ive had turning dragon for a few weeks.

Take a section of an old Aphex track...speed up slighty,
distort and clip the audio and you have your own ready made
Clark track.

Quote from his site:

"My L.P is out now. If you all buy it (look right for
links) rather then scraping it through crappy bitrate
scum-ports of SoulSuck and the like"

He wrote then instead of than and he is from England.
