I'm not a squarepusher fan; when I got hello everything I
only really liked 'welcome to europe'.

Anyway, an impulse listen made me wonder how I missed this
track. It's really wonderful. I usually find electronic
tracks with lots of acoustic elements appalling (like the
retarded 'live' feel of body riddle--there's a CD I really
hate).

The track has a long and interesting progression; seems to
have a developing spirit throughout its entirety.

recommended, will listen again, ~A++++++

imo, the only track of the album (which i love) that is an
step beyond in the squarepusher career... just like autechre
with drill'n'b beats...orst

it's nice at ~3:40, after all that meandering and buildup,
that it really starts to take off.

did you like this track right away? I think I know why I
didn't notice it on the first listen (that was basically all
I listened to this disc)--I got bored in the first part, and
was already in a bad mood due to the 9 tracks preceding it.

well, i read an interview of some artist listing it as one
of the best tracks of the year when the album hadnt been
released yet, so when i get the album i played special
attention to it... but it is true that i found it a bit
messing and nonesense at the beggining (specially after some
catchyeasy tunes before), and i appreciated it more and more
with the time.

I think i probably read elusive rabbiting about it on here
and he always knows a good track. It is really good, I think
the abrasive end minute really brings it together somehow. I
think some bits melody are the same as Hanningfield Window,
i might be wrong though.
Rotate Electrolyte is my fav+ on this album I think, brings
back the burningntree/feedmewierdthings style slightly

composition in all.

i want to be in a band to play this song live, and i want
the job of smashing those bitches together when it slams in!

A wonderful track. I love how it just keeps evolving; just
when you think it can't get any better, it does. I love
music which developes in a surprising and satisfying way,
and I reckon Plotinus delivers the goods.

seriously though, when it slams in at 4:07ish, it makes the
hair on the back of my neck stand up.

there is a lot going on in the background; i love the
sequence :)

ya, 4:07 to 4:52 is probably best sqrpshr ever. congrats

music cant be described in words properly, but this track is
one of the most undescribable ones out there.
