I'll be selling my R8 on eBay soon, thought I'd see if
anyone on here was after one?

It has the electronic card (808 & 909 etc) & a memory card.
It's in very goog condition with the original PSU & box.

Used by Autechre, Orbital etc etc

can you give me some more information on this drummachine?
Is it just a drummachine, or is it also a sampler of some
sorts? Like, can i put my own samples on it? Does it have an
internal sequencer?

vintagesynth.com has a little info.

It's not a sampler just a drum machine, it has a sequencer
with a cool human feel element that gives your beats a live
feel.

They come up on eBay occasionally but people charge the
earth for them.
This comes with the one you need though.

it's a really good machine, but 170£ is a bit pushing, even
with those cards

i could buy one in december for around 100€ with one sound
card, and the two you have for 30-40 each on ebay at the
time 180€ is way less than 170£ :s

and on a well-known french audio site there is one for
100€ and 6 of the cards for 30 each
or for 150 you have an r8 with the 808 card or with the 909
card

but i found someone who's REALLY hoping people don't check
prices when coming to ebay...
