I have gone six days without. Its fucking tough, especially at my job that puts me in situations were I practically need cigarettes all the time. When I have days off its easier. The patch helps. Been having wierd dreams. Every day it gets a bit easier to say no to cigarettes. Funny thing, for the first time in years I can actually smell what smokers smell like to non smokers, and I am beginning to understand why they bitch about it so much. That said, I would really like to get ahold of a pack of nicotine free cigarettes for those days when it gets too much. It would be a bad idea in the end, so I won't. |

Well, I am using the patch, so its still a long way to go. I am going to be using the patch for at least two months. But I am getting there, and it doesn't seem as much impossible as it did when I started. I just have to keep my mind on all the gear I could be buying as a non-smoker. |
