please end w/ the spoilers. i'd really like to remain part of the topic but i don't want to know anything else. its bad enough i already found out about what happens to Anakin's mom and the robot arm thing from the AotC pic encyclopedia and the backs of the toy figures. i've pretty much skipped over anybody's message that started to sound like a spoiler. what i came to discuss was; have any of you gotten a look at Mace's new light saber. mofo thing has gold all over it and the saber itself is purple. anybody else in the series ever have a purple lightsaber? its like he specially made himself the Pimpsaberâ„¢. |

I am a big shiney beige computer. I have no limbs or feelings. If I stood in 'freeway' traffic, would not the car drivers think 'what a strange thing' to see a beige computer in the road as they wait for road repaires to end? |

ya the timothy zahn trilogy is great! my favourite starwars books by far (ive read a few... not EVERYTHING, but many.... maybe 10 or so..) anyways: i think one of them is called heir to the empire they are wat really got me into star wars BEYOND the movies.. ..unfortunately, i haven't read a star wars book in years.. ..i didn't like the others i read as much as the zahn ones... any recommendations, anyone? |

thrawn is a fitting follow up to darth vader. and he was dark and mysterious! that's what i missed in episode one: a real evil guy who says evil things :) so disappointing that lightsaber duel between qui gon and darth maul, why didn't darth maul say things like: 'and now, i will crush you!!' he didn't say anything, though. sorry for my ranting i like mara jade best. have you also read shadows of the empire? that's my favourite |

You are right Darth Maul didn't say enough in the film. Did you know that Ray Parks who played Darth Maul had his voice dubbed over by another actor for the few lines he actually spoke. |
