Well, they seemed to have made these things very usefull.
This seems like as big a step up from the kp2 as a P4 is
from a 386.

I got the links from the analogue haven site. Retail $399,
which isn't too far away from what the kp2 retailed for.
They seem to sound pretty damn good too. Even found a use
for the light show. Not only that, you can trim and cut up
the loaded samples, and loop them simultaneously.

Yes. I sold my kp2 thinking "Its fun, but not usefull for
me". I could probly get by just using a KP3 in a live
setting.

I was expecting it to go for about $700 too.

I've owned a KP1 for years and whilst it's a useful and
convenient DJing (rather than studio) quality all-in-one fx
box and decent midi controller, I've never really seen it as
deserving of a lot of the fanboyism it receives. The KP2 was
a bit of a weak 'update' I felt, rather than really
improving anything significantly. The KP3 on the other hand,
looks absolutely brilliant and I shall be giving some
serious thought to getting one.
Great videos, thanks for sharing.

I agree. Pretty positive about the price range.

Kicks ass, tried one at music live. I really love the
granular sample shit, great stuff.

After reading the specs, I noticed that it doesn't say, so
the answer is probly no.

The music/samples in the first clip are really crappy, but
the rest are either good or alright. I'd just love to hear
someone make some more brutal music music on it. It would be
perfect and fun.
