i'm currently working on making www.shez.org my portfolio
site. it eats up quite a lot of time, and its actually going
to be great. other then that im working on a script for a
shortfilm and another website for a client, so a lot of
hours infront of the screen, which in some way is kinda
horrible. i really need a laptop.

what are you working on at the moment?

A couple of websites that I'm hoping to turn into money
making ventures.
Another couple of things I'm hoping to make money with too.

I've been working scoring a couple of short movies as well
as producing the sfx/audio. I'm close to done atm. But I've
done lots of track lately, as usual.

I was planning to develop this into a desktop

though.

I am playing with Reaktor5 making beats and gaining the
skills for a joint project with several other electronic
musicians in the area.

making some dirty analog dub and fuzzy jungle cuttup beats
planning on getting a vocal fx processor (again my old one
broke)
and remaking this echo/strobe/ flanger effect I used to put
on my voice in this industrial band I was in.

when I am in Australia mid October I am learning the
Didgeridoo
that thing makes great sounds.

Currently working on the unauthorised biography of K Maty,
so if anyone has any personal testemonials that'd be great.
I'll be submitting the work to Random House for publication
in summer 2007.

That really is the best "under construction" website I've
ever seen. One can only imagine what's going to be on there.

i've mostly been working closely with a couple hip hop
groups/MCs in the city.... my main group just dropped their
demo (which i rap on and produced a bit of it)... also, ive
been making beats for my bro aimias' first real album. that
shit is gonna be off the hook, he's an insane rapper....
then the other group is just in it's begning stages. the
dude who started it moved away before we even had all the
members, so ive kind of taken control of that project. just
making music here and there, i guess. helping my friends
out.

besides that hip hop shit, ive been looking for a real job
so i can move into a new place next month with my good buddy
dave k (who used to post here, actually)

i guess at some point im going to try and make some idm
music again, but whatever. i dont actually do too much

2: expose mechanisms by which a human relieves itself of

none i'm actually working on.
but there are several ones i'm picturing in my head without
starting anything...

including:
• starting to make music (but i don't have enough space on
my hard drive, and no software or instruments)
• starting a new comics series, or text with illustrations
(i doubt i'd be any good at that though)
• re-building my site

I started one right now where I put a microphone in my
window. it is connected to a reverse delay pedal that, when
repeats is set to max, acts as a looping device. I'm just
wondering what sound I'll get in the end. Probably static,
but there may be something else too...

well, I wanted to see if it was working first.. the mic is
very very old (see attached image) and I was afraid it'd
just pick up its own noise (which wouldn't be particularly
interesting at all), but now that I know it works, I'll
probably start again and record it properly...

here's a new poem i wrote. i call it, An Arrogant And
Disgusting Cunt (The Savage Shit-Smeared Grin)

Well you know that I wanted to be with you,
You know, I waited by the door,
But you, wanted some place better,
And I fell upon your empty footprints.

Well you know that the truth is always with you,
You know you can't escape my eyes,
But I don't know where to look,
And I'm blind from searching for you.

So come back to me, be the man
I always dreamt you would be.
I don't care, just as long as I feel you again.

You were bad to me, how can I
survive like this?
I can't exist, until I feel you again.

oh, wait, i just remembered - i didn't write
that! it sucks! nevertheless, i plan on submitting it to
random house next year.
